Gina has been hand-lettering for 16 years. She sells her custom

The little things in life are making me happy right now. The sunny days and knowing that spring is around the corner. My son's laugh/giggle when I wake him up with kisses. A kiss from him...is like a kiss from heaven. Me getting over a nasty cold and trying to fight off something else.

The one thing making me happy right now is finally accepting and knowing that God will never give me more than I can carry. I have been going through a lot of ups and downs and after much introspection I realized that I am not alone in all of it.

It's making me VERY happy that my mom's mastectomy went well on Monday, that her genetic tests were all negative for carrying the gene and that her pathology is all clear! Nothing in the lymph nodes! Yea!

I am happy about being able to enjoy all the small things in life that happens with one 4 year old and one 9 months old in our house. Like walking into our bedroom just to find that our oldest son had covered our bed with every book he could find, all perfectly lined up (and probably counted them too).
