My son finding "I love yous" (hearts) everywhere we go. He just turned three and can spot a heart just about anywhere. Yesterday he found my heart punch in my scrapbooking supplies and wanted to work with it. We sat down together and created a heart collage out various papers from my scrap box. I framed it and put it in his bedroom. I love that little things he says can turn into a meaningful project we can create together. Thanks for a chance to win once again, Ali!

A friend of mine introduced me to a group of books by SARK. If you've not heard of them, they are quick reads that remind you of the simple things in life. Reading them has made me laugh, cry and, most of all, change the way I think. I am so inspired by her free-spirit and imagination.

I am inspired by the piles and piles of pictures I have. No one can really enjoy them when they are unorganized and in stacks. I have been trying to get layouts done so that my kids can remember and enjoy. That is my inspiration right now.

I've been inspired by the glimpses of Spring that are all around me. We have a long hedge of azaleas and they are all blooming. I love walking out and seeing the wall of pink and green.
Thanks Ali!

I am inspired by my son. He is constantly looking for the next fun thing to do. I tend to be more serious and just work, work, work. Spending time with him makes me enjoy my time more.
He also gives me great photo ops - I got a picture of his X-ray at the dentist office showing his big teeth starting to push the baby teeth out. How cool is that?!
I would love to have a retreat to scrap that picture!

I am inspired by simple things lately. Start with a simple element and make it your own. This was kickstarted by an alphabet sampler project in Teresa McFayden's Love Letters e-zine. http://teresamcfayden.typepad.com/minutia/2009/02/something-silver-from-afar.html.
