Those are beautiful prizes. I'm inspired by the changing of seasons around here lately. The blossoms are popping up so quickly and bringing some color all around us.

My sick five year old is inspiring me today. Didn't want to take ibuprofen but did and the fever broke. She's so fun to listen to when she is chatty and her sisters are at school.

Right now...warm weather! LOL! Our spring bulbs are blooming and the trees are just beginning to sprout leaves from their buds. The birds are singing cheerfully this morning.
It makes me want to bask in the sunshine and surround myself with bright beautiful colors!

I'm being inspired by my LOM class by Stacy Julian over at www.bigpicturescrapbooking. I am so totally LOVING this class. Always knew that I had to have things cleaned & organized before starting my homework in college or I couldn't concentrate. Didn't realize that because my photos were in such disarray that it was actually causing me to not want to scrapbook. So I am actually getting pumped & so excited to get back into scrapbooking more as I progress through the class. Feeling inspired!

The giveaways are awesome! I'm feeling the spring cleaning itch. I know it's not everybody's idea of creativity but I'm gathering all sorts of spring cleaning tidbits. I love the Martha Stewart checklists because those lists make mine look a little more normal. Hers are over the top but full of details I would never think of (and most I would never find the time to do) http://images.marthastewart.com/images/content/web/pdfs/2007Q2/la_0407_spring_cleaning.pdf

The thing thats inspiring me right now is looking at my old layouts and mini albums that I've created. Just going back and looking at something that I haven't looked at in a while and going "Wow, I did that" inspires me to create more layouts and to do more projects!

My inspiration lately comes from those who are organized and "seem" to have it all together. I put "seem" because friends that I ask, " How do you do everything?" They usually respond by saying, " I fake it well."
After Christmas I got overwhelmed from being gone and traveling. I finally had to take everything back down to the basics and slowly work my way back up by adding extra activities back into our day. I am still far from having it all together or at least faking it, but I am getting there. =)

I'm being inspired by the change in weather. We've been in a terrible 3-year drought in California. It's been raining for nearly 3 weeks and so many things are green again. I know that once this rains tops, we're going to have very pretty folliage and greenery to enjoy for the months to come.

I am inspired by the spring catalogs coming out (J.Crew, Coldwater Creek, West Elm, PB). It is a great way to get inspiration to the colors of the season along with great layout ideas.

Well, You Ali, are a creative inspiration! Your blog is a daily necessity for myself :). And recently you posted about the Letter Girl, and she is also a "creative" inspiration to me, www.richinnerlife.typepad.com. I have always had a unique writing style & the Letter Girl has inspired me to start using my own writing style in not only my scrapbooking but start thinking what more can I do w/ my own lettering style! Congrats on your baby girl Anna! and to Simon being a Big Brother! xo, :)

I am inspired lately by the "simple" things. With SIMPLIFY being my motto & new year's resolution for 2009, I am completely in love with simple, beautiful, uncomplicated things in life, and that is going through to my decorating, scrapbooking & life in general.
