I am inspired by my stash of projects. Why buy more projects, supplies, stuff before I finish and use what I have. It is so nice to make a dent in what I have and find things I have totally forgot about.

The light!
After the gloom and doom of an Ohio winter, we are seeing so much sun the past few days. Yes, it has been extraordinarily cold, but the light makes you believe that spring is really coming.

I lost my job a couple of months ago and am taking the opportunity to do some creative projects, purging, organizing, reading. Lots of great books at the library to inspire and my current pile includes "52 projects, Random Acts of Everyday Creativity" by Jeffrey Yamaguchi. Then decided to do "A week in a life" layout, inspired by you, which started with my scraproom having a leak due to heavy rain and melting snow, which led to purging and reorganizing!

I have been inspired by the beginning of the change of the seasons. Spring is such a beautiful time of renewal, and it's so fun to be outside with my kids, and inspiring to watch them run, play, and just be able to be more active in their own space.

I have been inspired by all the creative people in my photography class that I'm taking. There are some talented people out there and it is so fun working with other talent...we feed off each other and motivate each other. It's fantastic!

What has been inspiring me lately is the loss of people in our lives recently. It makes me want to create a legacy to leave behind for my son so that he will always know how much he was loved. Something he can hold and view on a regular basis. It is a complete unknown for us if he really understands how much he is loved by us since he has autism and his language is emerging and there is still a lack of conversation. I want him to always know how much Mama loved him!!!

I am inspired by classes I'm taking at jessicasprague.com. I completed Up & Running With Photoshop, Now We're Rockin' With Photoshop and am currently taking Digi in Deep! I also find inspiration from reading blogs: Ali Edwards, Cathy Zielske, Jessica Sprague and Renee Pearson. Finally, the book "Spark" has inspired me to get my body moving again!

I have been inpired by the color combos around my home. I never thought about looking at the colors I put together around me until I was rearranging some green vases and realized how great they looked right next to a purple vase with brown behind them and decided to use that combo on a page.
Thank you for a great giveaway!

I tend to find inspiration in really random places . . . my kids, stuff I read, clothes/fabric, color, nature . . . inspiration is everywhere, you just have to be looking for it!
Thanks for the super-fun giveaway!
Blessings,
Shana

I often am inspired by the latest Pottery Barn catalog-- sometimes it is the colors of their linens, the choices of framed photography on their room shots, or how they use chunky furniture. I have already decorated the rooms in my house, but I love looking anyway! Sometimes the colors evolve into a scrapbooking layout!

My new apartment has been inspiring me lately! Finding little treasures to tuck in corners, place on side tables, display on walls so that my apartment feels like a home! It's amazing to see blank walls, just like a blank canvas, slowly grow with love and care into a place of warmth and family! This is my first apartment and I'm very inspired by this feeling of creating a home! :)
