Wow, to have a baby girl....Anna is so precious, Ali.
What's inspiring me lately? Jewelry making idea books. The color combinations, sometimes monochromatic, sometimes seasonal. I know it's all been in paper collections already, but somehow, seeing it all in a different medium just gives me new ideas for projects.

I'm inspired by the bravery of my children, overcoming fears and inhibitions and stepping out of their comfort zones to try new things. I'm trying to capture these memories...for each of them to look back on someday, and for me, so that when they're grown, I can remember each moment and milestone!

The weather is inspiring me. I love this time of year. Everything is starting to bloom, the sun is out, and doesn't get dark as soon so the days feel longer. I have lost a few pounds and have more energy as well.

Hi Ali,
Congrats on the birth of Anna, she is beautiful. I have been in awe of all the programs and support that is available to adoptive families. We have finalized our son's adoption and we are just as happy as can be.

My shoes...but not just any shoes...my running shoes. You see for over ten years they sat...calling my name, desiring that I wear them for the purpose of which they were made yet I ignored them until this year.
And now these running shoes propel my body forward to running my first half marathon in May.
What a ride they provide.
