I am so excited that I started a blog last week. I have so many ideas I'm trying to put out there in a creative way. My goal is to start putting craft and scrapbook ideas and examples on the blog. I love having this new creative outlet.

I have recently had my hours cut at work so I am taking this time to research colleges and I am going to return to school to finish up a degree. Scary thought for a 41 year old (especially since I am only at a 6th grade level in math now).

oooh...aahh...oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my..all your give aways are GORGEOUS!!! YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!!
I have been working on a mini board album that is shaped like a house..I have used basicgrey to cover it and added the title "a house is a home when a family lives there"...now I am adding snaps of each family member and our house. I am really enjoying scrapping without it being a special occasion.
In my personal life I am trying to incoporate a more peaceful feeling around my house to reduce the stress of everyday living...I have added wall graphics that say "design a life you love" and have feel good books at hand, easy to prepare meals, wash and go hair...

I'm working on thank you cards for my one year old. It's so fun to send mail off to people who are so kind and generous. My lucky girl turned one yesterday.
The give aways are gorgeous! And that baby Anna is beautiful!

I started scrapping because of, and am VERY close to finally finishing, my sweet granddaughter of the heart. It is her first year book and I refuse to tell you which birthday she just celebrated :)

I've been working on remaining peaceful and hopeful when the emotional gravity tries to get me down about my situation...as well as reorganizing the house. And as always, trying to fit into said house by getting rid of some stuff!

Lately I have been working on cleaning out and organizing my home. I have been on a mission! Every cupboard, surface and drawer has been inspected. It sure feels good!

I've been trying to focus more on reading and journaling...I know that I don't journal as much as I should, so I'm trying to be crafty about it to motivate myself! :)

Through tax season, I don't seem to be as creative as I'd like but I have been working in my journal for Kelly Kilmer's class, playing with my new Tim Holtz stash - looking forward to April 15 & being less brain-dead. ;o)

Good morning Ali. Thanks for the chance to win some wonderful prizes. :-) What I've been working on lately is MYSELF. I joined a gym the first of January and I am working (and doing pretty good) about going there almost every day for an hour of cardio and using weights every other day. After the past 5 years of NEEDED to make the commitment to myself I am finally doing it and it feels good. It feels real good. :-)
Peace and blessings.....
LOVE the posts about your and your daughter. Thanks so much for letting us peek into your life. ;-)

I am still working on my Project 365, and sorting and editing photos from my son's basketball season which is winding down next weekend. I got some frames at Michael's cheap, and making a collage of each boy's action shots.
I've got Scouts slideshow to work on, as well as end of the year memory books for my kids classes.

I'm getting married to my wonderful fiance in November, so I've been working on all wedding related fun. Just sent out our save the date magnets, and now are working on our engagement party invitations.
Also, always a work in progress, working on my Project 365 scrapbook and blog. This is such a great year for me to be able to remember day by day!
