I have just finished a mini album for my parents Ruby Wedding Anniversary - they were amazed and delighted - made the hard work and giving so worthwhile. I just finished an album about TIME: for me, for happiness, for family, to create, to unplug, to see, etc. etc.

I've been working on my son's 8th birthday lately. Planning, baking, inviting, getting pictures, sending thank you's - I think we're almost done. :) thanks!

Lately I'm working on making my studio a more bright and organized space and I'm working on finding pockets of time for creativity. I've been sewing and sketching and filling up my creative cup! Fun stuff!

I've been working on putting my scrapbook room back together (organizing, purging, etc.) That, in itself, is motivating my creativity.

I have been finishing up a mini book of pictures from a recent "girl friends weekend" at the Oregon coast. Also, an 18 x 24 inch canvas using the giga-mega square punch, photos and embellishments.

I just finished up a year long "All About Me" art journal and my mom and I havebeen making cards inspired by Allison Strine using pictures of my mom's bird, Tiki Joe. He looks pretty darn good in a dress! Thanks.

Today I went on a nice outing with my daughter alone. I came back with so much of today, my reflections on how much she has grow inside her... I am just thinking how I want to document TODAY. It is Precious!

I have been working on honing my strengths. I took a workshop by Marcus Buckingham who was on Oprah this past year. I love the concept of truly honing what are your strengths rather than struggling to get your weaknesses to be a strength. Its really a powerful concept and practice. It really goes with your practice Ali of keeping scrapbooking yours and simple for you so that its fun to do and not a struggle each time you sit down. Very energizing to work on this.

I have been working on being more giving as a wife and more patient as a mother to my two free-spirit daughters.

Hi Ali, lovin all the info on baby Anna. I've been working on my pics from Thanksgiving and Christmas. I' be also been organizing all of my pics. As a side note it 73 degrees in Chicago yesterday, it gives you that feeling that anything is possible. Have a great day Ali.

I have been working on my Weight Loss Mini Chipboard book called "Becoming a Butterfly." This has probably been my favorite project so far.. I have used lots of funky/fresh/fun paper, lots of bling & stickles, sooo fun. It's a project that is very much all me. I love it!

I've been working on spring cleaning in the home. Creatively, I've been scrapbooking some miscellaneous 8 1/2 x 11" pics. Enjoying not doing a themed book - just pics that belong in a scrapbook and not in a box. I've also been scanning some old photos so that they're available to me digitally. Feels good to be getting some of this accomplished.

Great Giveaways!! How on earth do you have time to do this?? Anyway, I am working on my photography skills and I'm so excited to say that they are improving!! I am receiving compliments galore!!

I have just been working on trying to document more of the everyday stuff... I was doing better but when life gets busy the camera only gets out on "important" events, so I'm striving again to take more pictures of my family doing our everyday things.
