taxes (the unfun thing I'm working on), container gardening (they're all sprouting, hooray!), and scrapbooking a story - for Valentine's Day a couple years back, my hubby wrote, on note cards, a whimsical story about us and I'm finally turning it into a fun scrapbook! Maybe it can be a bedtime story when we eventually have kids.

I have been working on how to present my 365 project (didn't try for the original one). I have decided to use 6 pockets for photos on one side and create a layout using the seventh photo on the other side. This means I am scrapping every week. I like this new format. Took me two months to figure it out :-)

Scrapbooking photos from our trip last year to the Flower and Garden Festival at Disneyworld... My husband is out of town, so I am puttering around in the evenings and as of last night, it's almost finished!

I will be attending my first scrapbooking retreat in April, so right now I have pictures strewn all over my living room from our vacation to Galena, IL. The next step is to plan layouts and choose paper. A huge undertaking, but a perfect project for a four-day retreat.

I have been working on some ATC cards for a swap. I'm also getting ready to do the N.W.Paper Chase which should be a lot of fun.

I've been working on scrapbooking photos from 2006. Just did some camping trips and my nephew's baptism. One of these days I'll get caught up!

I've been working on three albums all about me. Yes, three at one time. What I'm doing is putting together a book about me which includes when I met my late husband (with a some special memories him) and then trying to stop at 2009. The reason I'm working on three is that I have three grandchildren. I have been scanning photos and making extras for the next child (I am told there will be only one more). I have to say, it was harder than I imagined since I included heart aches, lessons I've learned and some other topics. I got the idea from a project I saw on one of your older blogs. I let one of my daughters review it and she was very touched and pleased. Thank you for the idea.

I'm working on an 8 x 8 book for my father in law, with pictures of him with my husband. I'm doing the pages and my husband is doing the journaling for a more personal touch. We'll give him the book for Father's Day.

Im working in parallel with Nicole's Baby Book, and our soon to arrive Chiara's Baby book. Its so exciting, Im re-living Nicole's most precious moments while looking forward to Chiara's!!!!

On the creative side I'm working on documenting our daily lives and just having fun playing and scrapping on a more regular basis. I'm also having fun in my art journal and working on a painting---a huge canvas.
On a personal note I'm working on finding a balance between my family obligations and still finding time for ME.

Up until a few days ago I was working on creating a scrapbooking space for myself and organizing all of my things.
But then the snow started to melt, the ground began to thaw and water soaked our basement floor. Now I'm working on removing ruined carpet and repairing foundation leaks! :(

i have finally been getting inspired again to document the incredible life i've been having lately. i am going to do a 52 card challenge of sorts to just keep my creative juices flowing... and i'll be carrying my camera around for a while now. i missed it so.

We have a 2nd birthday party coming up so I'm working on getting our house ready for the chaos!! Have a great day.

I am working on not comparing myself to others.

I've been working on a mini 2-up album about our fishing/camping trip from last summer, slow going right now as life has gooten in the way. This may be just the boost I need. Thanks for the chance to win!

Lots of WIPs in our home... Including working on getting our 8 and a half month old to nap regularly! But my favorite current project is a fabric cover for an old, cheapo scrapbook I found at Ross that doesn't fit the baby theme I'm going for. So I'm using Alicia Paulson's book as a guideline to make a cover for it (her brag book project). So far, so good... Just have to finish it up once I get a spare 20 mins here or there.
