Thank you for the giveaways! I have been working on a birthday scrapbook as a gift for my coworker who just had a baby.

After I got all of my seeds started for my upcoming garden, I tackled my scrapbook room. I can't creat in a mess. So, I totally Spring cleaned and I feel so much lighter for it. I even got some ideas off of Flickr for making a creative space more inviting and organized. Now I'm ready to scrap all of my Spring and Summer photos.

I've been playing with the Girl Friday CC line. Made 2 layouts and 3 cards.

I finished restoring my son's bed yesterday. It used to be my step son's and we kept it in the cellar for years. Right now, he's sleeping in his new big boy bed, having happy dreams I hope! Love how it turned out and I am happy to know that we did not consume something new but used what we had!

I have recently gone through a breakup with my SO of 8 yrs. With a broken heart I have found and collected inspirational quotes and affirmations that touch me.
I am going to make a mini book but I am also going to do a few canvases with the quotes for my new walls.

I've got a couple things going on. I'm wrapping up a gift album (only 3 pages to go)! Just read Photo Freedom and I'm SLOWLY trying to organize so that I can find things to scrap. And finally, I signed up for Shimelle's Here, There, and Everywhere class on 2peas, and I'm slowly getting things together for that.

Crafting: grandmother's albums. Personally: beating my insomnia while my hubby's deployed.

I have been working hard to find a place to crop on a regular basis since finding time at home doesn't seem to be working. Found a group that meets twice a month neaby and I'm jumping in feet first. I am so looking forward to getting in some quality time with my books and photos again!!!

I have been working on a baby girl mini-book (8x8)and LOVING it because I have 2 boys. Though I still use buttons, bows, ribbons, and flowers on their pages, it's still so much fun to use pink and lots of frills!

I'm working on unique, self created scrap pages. Getting pretty behind on actually using up photos and getting them in albums, but it's fun.

I have been busy advocating for children at my state legislature. I have a volunteer position and spend every day up there for free! Due to the stress and time commitment, I haven't done anything crafty since before Christmas so I am planning some scrapbook time this week. Yay!

I've been working on a family tree project with my father. It has been wonderful to hear many, many stories and we are recording them in an IPhoto book.
