I have been baking bread! Every year around St. Patrick's day I make an Irish staple called brown bread. It is delicious. The only problem is it's gone soon after I take it out of the oven. I have made 3 batches already and will be making more tonight!

i'm all over the map lately, knitting, scrapbooking (heritage album), a new needlepoint pillow (provence pattern)...sometimes i think i have an attention problem, but the truth is, i love doing too many things!

today we're going to make little cupcake magnets (cupcake patterned paper behind a glass bead with a magnet on the back) as prizes for my daughters birthday party tomorrow . . . otherwise, I'm ALWAYS making cards!

I'm working for too long now on a wedding notebook for my friends. Sadly, it's taking me too long (I'm taking it much too seriously and can't get out of that loop and it's almost like planning my own wedding) and I hope they still get to use it (they are so quick in their arrangements I hope this notebook will be finished before everything is closed with all their providers).
After it's done I want to cross stitch a hedgehog map :)

I've been working on my family tree - I visited my Nan last weekend and she shared so many memories with me, and found a load of old family photos, and even a family Bible which detailed births, marriages and deaths from generations back - it was so interesting, and great quality time with my remaining grandparent, too. I so wish I'd had the same with my other grandparents!

I've been making invitations and an album for a baby shower. Planning for another shower in May. And making myself a mini-album of last year's vacation. :)

Right now I am working on a few cards, minibooks for an easter bazar that will be at the end of March - can't wait. This is the first time for me to show my scrapbooked items, so I am really excited!

Quilting - I have so many projects that were started, it feels good to get some of them finished. I love the sense of satisfaction that comes from a finished project!

Lately, I have gone COMPLETELY out of my box and am trying a Claudine Hellmuth style paiting. Looks ummm ... interesting!! lol

Spring Cleaning! Winter in Maine is long and even though we still have snow covering the ground I can't wait any longer to start.

I'm working on me lately. After 3 kids, it's time for Mommy's turn. In fact, I just heard a promotion on the radio this morning that a local gym is having a big event next weekend, I'll be signing up!

With a 3 month old, I'm lucky to find time lately to do any projects of my own! I did get a chance to begin working on my "he said/she said" mini album that I bought (the kit) awhile back. Also, I have my butterflies punched out for my butterfly frame project. Can't wait to get both of these finished!

Well, I have decided to take all my photos, negatives and Photo cds and organize them. I have been using my mess of photos as an excuse for not scrapbooking because I didn't know if I was missing a certain photo or souvenir. I am feeling good about it but very overwhelmed. I keep reminding myself....small steps!!!

I can honestly say that the only thing I've been working on recently has been finishing the quilts for my girls' room. New baby will be here tomorrow and I'm still trying to finish everything up! I can't wait to start journaling and scrapping all the new changes and adventures to come!

I have been working on my daughters "1st Trip to Disney World" album. In fact that is where we were one year ago today! So fun! Loved seeing how you put yours together in your book "Life Artist" Thanks for the inspiration!

I have been working on a new me! Trying to lose the 40 pounds I gained after my last child. Going to the gym with my friend and eating more healthfully. My body is sore this morning - but it sure feels good!

Girly dinosaur projects for my little girls 2nd birthday party

I have been working (slooooowly but surely) on a scrapbook of my honeymoon to Paris. My husband was always afraid to fly and never got on a plane prior to our honeymoon. I'm so proud of him that he took that leap of faith with ME. I loved seeing France for the first time, but I REALLY loved watching him discover it, realizing that if he didn't face his fear, he would never have enjoyed such a great experience. It was an amazing trip and I want to document it the best way I can.

I've been working on helping my kids with Boy Scout and Cub Scout requirements. And I personally am organizing photos into storage binders.
