Three Things
Tags:I am continuing to gather up bits of pink and bits of texture as I go about beginning to create pages for Anna. So drawn to these soft pinks right now.
1. Madeline Butterfly Chipboard Box
: Butterflies are just a basic for me. These ones are double-sided and
many of them have little gems already attached. Love the mix of
patterns (all part of the Madeline line from K&Company).
2. Making Memories Cantaloupe Paint : There is just something so soft and delicate about pale pink.
3. Prima Wildwood Collection Wood + Mulberry Flowers : I am drawn to these - totally not sure what to do with them yet - maybe use on the front of an album?

LOL! I was just wondering where I could find chipboard butterflies and you've already done the shopping for me! Thanks Ali!

How beautiful...you need to check out the house of three (houseofthree.com) digital frames and re-color them cream to print out on transparencies...I know you will love them....

After years and years of scrapbooking very masculine pages (even for my nieces) I tried to give pink a try and its like an animal has been leashed! I look forward to buying things for nieces and great nieces pages and its starting to even out between the two.

I know the feeling! I had two boys first, then a little princess. I just couldnt (and still cant) stop shopping for pink. Luckily she likes the color too. And girls clothes ARE more fun than boys. Enjoy the time with your little princess. It goes by so very quickly. I feel like it was yesterday that I was hanging around on the couch, with my little girl in my arms, and now shes 21/2 and runs around like crazy:) Cant wait to see her pink pages...

I love the choices! I have two boys and still use lots of flowers on my pages, but I can't get away with pink paint and pale girly flowers like yours!

Hi Ali...
I have been a fan and blog followe of yours for some time now and I always look forward to your daily postings. I had to post today because today's post gives me such a chuckle. I am experiencing cognitive dissonace...look at all the pink and flowers. Your sweet baby girl brought along a world of pink for you and your art. Have a wonderful day and enjoy the pink.

I fell in love with the color pink while pregnant with my daughter, and I've never looked back! Even my office walls are now a soft pink!
Those chipboard butterflies look gorgeous, thanks for the inspiration.

I can't wait to see what you create for Anna! I haven't started on Claire's book and she's already 7.5 weeks old. Hopefully seeing some of your baby pages will get me motivated to work on hers.

I had so much fun doing that when my daughter Erin was born! Except I was drawn to purples :0)
I had so much "boy" stuff from my son Evan and hardly any "girly" things!

I am picking up those butterflies this weekend. I am so into them at the moment. Have been waiting for the best time to create that butterfly framed thingy you created last year, too. I think I'll use some of these!! Thanks for posting this weekly.
Also...I know you are enjoying little Anna. So happy for you.

Love all the pink. I have a 4 year old daughter, so I'm used to scrapping pink, but with a 1 week old baby girl, it's even sweeter right now. :)

I've been waiting for a beautiful pink baby book kit from you now that you have a little girl. My daughter is 7 and I did a cute homemade book for my son (now 9) and Camille wants to know when I'm going to do hers. I keep thinking if I wait long enough you'll have this amazing, easy book to throw pics in. Any thoughts??
