Those are great giveaways!! My world revolves around music, and what I *love* at the moment greatly depends on the mood I am in, but I think my favorite songs are ones from the 80's. These were my growing up years and often just a couple notes can bring back floods of memories...some good, some not-so-good, but all of them helped shape who I am today! Thanks for the chance to win...I am off to find my i-Pod!!

My favorite song? Gotta be "Little Miss Magic" by Jimmy Buffet. It's that special song my dad and I share - makes me tear up every time...
A close second? "Just the way you are" by Billy Joel.

I love the song "In My Arms" by Plumb. It reminds me that all of our "angel" babies that we lost (4) are being craddled in Jesus's arms. Kisses to Simon & Anna :)

For the past week, I've been playing a lot of Brandi Carlile. I really love the track - The Story.

My favorite songs lately are anything by David Crowder...especially Heaven Came Down. I've just "discovered" Christian music in the past year and am totally hooked!

I have so many favorite songs, today I heard Sly and the Family Stone, Dance to the Music on my ride home from work - now, that brought back some good memories. And yes, you CAN dance while you drive. Safer than texting...
If I had to choose one all-time favorite song, that would be near impossible. I have tried to come up with a Top Ten all-time favorites list. Love Shack by the B-52s will always be in the Top 10. I am probably like many, I connect songs with memories. For that, Layla by Eric Clapton (Derek & the Dominos), sigh, great summer, that was. You Are So Beautiful by Joe Cocker, my husband of 33+ years said many years ago was his song for me. I love classical, too! Vivaldi is awesome, the Four Seasons, Winter is my favorite. Now I have a new granddaughter and although I do not want to rush her (she is 4 months old) - I cannot wait to DANCE with her.

OK - One of my oldest and most favorite songs is Downtown by Petula Clark. I used to sing it when I was little and everyone would watch as I put on a show.

My favorite song is 'I can only imagine' by Mercy Me. But today my favorite song is The Itsy Spidish (or Itsy Bitsy Spider) as sung by the 3 year old on his way to bed. I just love to hear him sing :)

Of course I have many favorites.
But, I call Stayin' Alive by the BeeGees my feel good song - it reminds me of that scene in the movie Airplane and never fails to make me laugh.

I love a duet from Johnny and June Cash, the entire duets CD, but especially The Ring of Fire.

I wore out my New Radicals CD but still play it with the scratches and all...I know, I need to get an Ipod...that was one of those CDs where you buy it for one song and the entire playlist grows on you, or it did for me...thanks,your post made me smile.

Amazing Grace...my all time favorite song. I probably cry each and every time I hear it.

I love "The Rose" sung by Bette Midler. If you ever had the chance to hear her sing it live it will bring tears to your eyes.
