My favorite today is New Doomsdays by Mimicking Birds. They aren't especially well-known and don't even have an album out as far as I know but they've been opening for Modest Mouse and I have a feeling they'll be more widely known soon!

My favorite song right now is "Apologize" by One Republic. It has an awesome beat, and it's unlike any other song I've heard. I am a huge music nut, so really I have tons of faves...but this is one that's on the top of the list. :)

Right at this moment my favorite song is "Hoedown Throwdown" by Hannah Montana. For the record, this is not my usual taste, but my 4 year old daughter seems to think she MUST dance and sing while this song is on and it is so cute I can't stand it. I keep asking her to play it so I can watch her. I got the cutest pictures of her dancing and can already imagine how I am going to scrapbook it!
