I am currently working on finding an elementary teaching position since I graduated in December and haven't had any luck yet [Scary!] and also am researching schools so I can get my masters.

My goal is to keep it simple. Since the birth of my daughter in September of 2008, I have learned to re-prioritize and focus on simplicity since my time is limited. I am better at distinguishing between real demands and false ones... and have been creatively empowered through this process!

I love goals. I set them each day for a variety of things in my life. My main goal in my art is to branch out and create outside of my comfort zone. I am submitting to an Art Co-op and really working on something unusual for me!
My daily goal, though, is to be present in the moment, to be calm and loving, and make this world better on a daily basis.

I am working towards a healthier me. I have neglected my health lately and I need to get back into caring for myself and putting an end to the kinds of things (junk food, mainly!) I put into my body.

I don't like making firm goals, I always say I'm just "working on" various things so I don't get discouraged. One thing I'm working on is getting back into scrapbooking on a regular basis; hopefully that will happen once we're done working on finishing our basement.

My goal at this point in my life is to practice a healthier lifestyle...I need to work on my eating habits and exercise daily...not for weight issues, but for health in general...my family depends on me to be here and healthy :)

I would like to complete my daughter's girl scout scrapbook. I have piles everywhere and if I would complete it...it would free up space! Ha ha

My goal is to be better at documenting the little moments in our life. I am trying to take my camera with me more and capture the moments of my kids that I hope I never forget. I am also wanting to get caught up on scrapbooking their picture... especially my twins baby pictures. They were so sick when they were born and I have never been able to think of a way to put them in a book that feels right (5 month in the NICU)

Organization - round two of BPS Stacy Julian's class. Trying to purge paper on my move toward digital. Tough to let go but need to make space (literally and figuratively) for the new process. Thanks! ~Monda

Hi Ali...this question made me re-examine my goals..I have so many...but how to prioritize them?
I would say my goals in order of importance are:
1. Get healthy...exercise more, eat less (also the most difficult goal)
2.Read more..I spend too much time on the computer
3.Keep my house a little cleaner..I'm good in the kitchen/family room, but upstairs...shudder.
4.Connect more with friends...other than on Facebook!!

My biggest goal right now is to be a great wife and mother. My second biggest is to find a good job. It's been tough, but hopefully something will come when the time is right.

My goal is to spend more time with my family, and to only scrapbook pictures that really tell a story I don't want to forget.

I am working on finding a balance between all of the things in life that I enjoy and things that are necessary. Spending quality time with my kids and husband, considering going back to work on call, scrapbooking, exercising, reading, photography, decorating my home on a budget.....just a few of the things I am trying to balance with the necessities like laundry, dishes, yardwork, etc. Thanks for the chance to win!

I know that I need to look at scrapbooking as a process, and that I will never be "done" - which is a good thing; but, I really want to complete my daughters school albums for her graduation party!

Although it is not scrapbook related, the goal I am working towards is passing my PhD qualifier and oral exams that are coming up in the next couple of weeks!
