I am working towards reorganizing my bedroom/office. I am a freelance stage manager, writer, and art journaler among many things. I have magazine rip outs, quotes everywhere, printed plays...lots and lots of paper and files and scraps and I am in the process of re-organizing it all. I do this about every 6 months when I start to drown in it. But this time I'm taking extreme measures and getting rid of sentimental but useless things as well.

We as a family (meaning me...haha) are working toward organizing and creating a better functioning home. We have 4 boys ages 4-13 and there are many unused clothes, toys, etc that need to find new homes. This will make it easier to organize both my space and my husbands space and hopefully get us to a point we can start putting up sheetrock in our basement :)

A recent goal of mine was to sell my paper crafts at some sort of craft fair. An opportunity came along at my childrens school in May, I decided to just go it. I am working very hard to get everything made and I am proud of myself for setting a goal and not giving up.
(I'd love to win the MW retreat, June 18th is my 35th birthday...it would be a lovely celebration!)
Good luck everyone.

A goal I am working towards is to stay more organized and to get rid of clutter. I want to use my stash and to feel like I am creating without the chaos involved in finding what I need to create.

Continuing to work on my word for the year "simplify". I am in the middle of spring cleaning my house. Trying to get rid of things/donate etc that I do not need and trying to live more organized.

My current goal is to cherish every day that my son is still at home with my husband and me. He will soon be a senior in high school, then off to college and to pursue his goals in life. It's killing me, already, to think about not getting to see him on a daily basis. He's our only child and the 3 of us are very close. So I'm focusing on all the little things that may not seem so important right now, but will be precious memories to me down the road.

My current goal is to have a good work/life balance. I can become a bit of a workaholic if I am not careful. So, I am reminding myself what is truly important and keeping things in proper perspective.

My goal is simple, but very hard to accomplish... my goal is to just be happy. Sometimes life throws us through more loops than one thinks they can handle, but in the end, as long as I have my love ones by my side, I am going to look at the brighter side of things and be happy :*)
Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!!!

I'm in Moab, so I'd love to go to this retreat:-)
My main goal lately is saying no more often so I can say YES to the things I really want to do. Time and energy seem to get more precious every year!

One of my goals is short term to get my art stuff out of the garage and into the house so I can use it.
My long term goal is to enjoy others through their art and crafting. Each piece gives me insight to things I want to be.

I am currently working on getting my house organized and clutter free, so I can welcome my 95 year "young" Mother-in Law into my home to live with us. I am looking forward to her teaching me some of her cooking secrets and taking care of her. Things will be different and probably strained sometimes, but she is a real gem and I love her bunches.

So many great ideas in these comments! My goal is very simple: I am trying to spend the last 5 minutes of my day, before I close my eyes, thinking positive thoughts. This way while I am sleeping, my subconsious is mulling over the positive rather than the negative. It is tough (much easier to think of all the things I didn't get done etc!) but I do think it makes a difference in my attitude which of course makes everything else in life so much better!
This simple idea was shared with me by a girlfriend who heard Wayne Dyer speak recently.

I am working on losing weight to reach my Weight Watchers "Goal Weight". I am about half way there having lost 26 lbs in the last 7 months since my daughter was born. Some days are hard but I have to keep reminding myself how good I feel with 26 less pounds!
