Organize and use my photos. Photos, photos, photos. I take so many digital and I really am working toward better organization, more giving myself the okay to put the majority of my "numerous pictures of the same shot" in the trash bin. That it is okay to not have 50 copies of basically the same shot. Wow, this is tough, but so freeing!
:) (Wiping the sweat from my brow.)

My goal is to have a better life balance....basically spend more time with my boys as they are growing up everyday. I must delegate more to the people that work for me.

That retreat looks amazing!
My husband has recently returned to work after a year off. My goal for the week to is streamline getting our four kids out the door to school/daycare in the mornings before I head to work. Setting new routines and trying to get them all to follow :)
Wish me luck!

I am working on being healthy. I fell off the wagon for a while and I felt horrible. So now I'm trying to eat better (which causes my family to eat better) and exercising more. I feel so much better when I eat good things then when I eat junk.

I'm currently on day 67 of a 100 day no sugar challenge! The first two weeks were torture, the last 50 some odd days have been managable. But I sure am looking forward to Day 101!

My goal is to "finish" up an album that I was working on to celebrate my husband's and my 25th anniversery. He passed away unexpectdly, 2 weeks prior to our anniversary and it is time I finish this album for myself, my children and my grandchildren to document how important he was in our lives. I feel bad that I never shared the album with him, so he could have seen how proud I was to be his wife. He didn't know that I was even working on it!
I need to start an album for my newest grandson also.

My goal is to actually get down to some serious scrapbooking. I actively paper craft for fun, and I love it. I did a layout here or there, when the mood hit me. Then in Feb. I lost a beloved family member, someone extememly close to my little brother and sister. After his death, they spent so much time looking at the scant few layouts I did of him. Right then and there it hit...this is why we scrapbook. So my goal is to show how much I love and cherish my family and friends by making layouts of them and our lives.

Wow, what an opportunity this is! My goal is to declutter and be more conscious about re-use and re-purpose, not throw away and get new! Sher B.

oh my gosh Ali...such a great giveaway!
One of the goals I've been working on recently is being a better friend. I feel like I'm doing mom, wife and employee pretty good. But I struggle finding time for my friends. I'm trying to be better at email, picking up the phone and making time to meet up for lunch or coffee. I am so thankful for the wonderful friends I have. I know how lucky I am!
