Tonight (Sunday) is night that we will be trying my first batch of cheese that I made on my own. I am excited to see how it turned out! It has been curing since Friday and will take a few more days to gain some flavor but I am excited to give it a try.

I'm excited about the lead in to summer. We are finally experiencing sunny weather...so it's outdoors for hints of summer and a mini album in the works!

I'm excited to be having a weekend of respite from my 13 year old son with multiple special needs. He is the light of my life but once every 8 weeks we have a 48 hour break and we are so ready!
I'll be sleeping (without interruptions), connecting with my 2 teen daughters (without interruption) and having a conversation with my husband (without interruption).
Although we love the break, we'll also look forward to his return home on Sunday afternoon and I'll have tacos ready for dinner...his favorite!

I'm excited about the house my husband and I are buying! We went to Home Depot this weekend and looked at paint chips, light fixtures, yard equipment, and appliances! This is our first house, so it's all so new and exciting, and yet doesn't quite feel real yet!

Today I am helping run a fundraiser for the children in our church and community. We are having a vacation bible camp and we have a goal of sending 100 kids for free! So, we are having a wheel-a-thon today with a picnic. It should be loads of fun and great to see everyone working together for a great cause... KIDS! ;)
