In this step-by-step video tutorial, Noell demonstrates how to create a quick and easy "bubbling effect" with embellishments after beginning your layout with a strong foundation of photos and lines. You'll see how you can make this concept work for a variety of layout types.

Patterned paper: Making Memories (green), Theresa Collins (black
ruler), Basic Grey (red strip), My Mind's Eye (red circle frame)
Collage Press (black grid);
Letter stickers and dots: Thickers American Crafts;
Journal spot stickers: Making Memories;
Buttons: Creative Cafe + own stash;
Paint: Grumbacher and Winston & Newton (this is her own mix of
Cobalt Blue, Lemon Yellow, and Gesso by Golden)

would there by chance be another link to this video? i too cannot view or click on the video, and i do have the newest flash player on here. i have been able to view the other videos here before, this is the first.
