Something that is inspiring me lately is knowing that Summer is almost over and I need to get some Summer pics scrapped before I lose that Summer feeling. LOL I want to do a hodge-podge album. I printed your "mixed mini-album" to inspire me! Thanks!!

I am so inspired by digital scrapbooking lately. I love how accessible it is. I have a laptop so I find it so much easier and faster to digi scrap, and when the story or inspiration hits me I can just go without having to go downstairs to my scrap room and make a big mess.

Lately I have found inspiration really close to me, juste by going through my scrap products. Yesterday I came upon a vintage ribbon and I was able to build a layout around it. It goes to show that you don't have to go really far to find inspiration.

Lately I have been inspired by magazine covers. Especially Cooking Light and Living. They have such beautiful color combinations that really make the magazine pop on the news stand. And I love food so that makes it irresistable.

I am inspired by how well my kids are embracing change with the new school year...even changes they don't like, because it's the big thing to do.

I am inspired by the wonderfully creative drawings and projects my 5-year old is constantly working on. Anything can be used as paint: yogurt, toothpaste, spaghetti sauce... :) But I suppose it's the creative spirit that's important, and if she can do it, so can I!

The little things have been my inspiration lately. A sweetly shared moment between my kidlets, family time, a beautifully cooked meal, a magazine arriving in the mail with great color combos, a good book to read before falling asleep, or watching ants move their colony and their queen's eggs when the apple tree was being watered (and obviously their little home too). :>

My grandfather recently over came cancer and when he was sick, I took tons of photos of him and my children together in an effort to help them remember their gramps if only in their scrapbooks. But to look at all the hurdles my grandmother and grandfather overcame in their marriage from their youth marriage to the feminist movement and it's inspiration to my grandmother, yet they remained together and nearly 60 years now, I find their compromising attitudes for the greater good something to instill in my children and something I wish all people today could implement. Wisdom really comes with age!!
