I have lately been inspired by my friends. I have a couple of friends that are working on beating an addiction. They have inspried me the truly realized how blessed I am. So I am not able to accomplish what i want each day..(scrapbook, etc.)but that is really a nothing as to what some people face each day.

I'm trying to find inspiration from within right now. It's my tough time of year....end of summer, start of a new school year, beginning days of daycare drop-off tears, new schedules, and an attempt to maintain my sanity. So, right now, my inspiration needs to come from within as I keep my priorities and make time for myself in order for me to accomplish all of it.

Lately I've been finding inspiration in home decor magazines. I love seeing so many color combinations and patterns. Also sometimes seeing the way frames and decor are laid out gives me ideas for layouts.

My greatest inspiration as of late is a big, very old family trunk of photos from my great, great and great grandparents and grandmother. Incredible legacy of photos. What's particularly intriguing are amazing photos and records from their days in the copper mining town of Butte, Montana - late 1800's and early 1900's. What stories there are here. Looking forward to your class to inspire me more!

I am inspired by my neighbor who is the most "green" person I know! Thanks to her I am now making my own laundry soap, composting food scraps and shredded paper and so much more!!!! It feels so good to be green(er)!

So much is inspiring me right now. Vancouver is hosting the 2009 World Police and Fire Games right now and the downtown core is abuzz with different people and colours from around the world. I am also looking at getting a small tattoo and looking around for the "right one" has inspired me.
