Has to be the fact that even though my life has had some major downturns lately, I still get up each day with a smile and as many good thoughts as I can muster. I know there are so many who are hurting even more than I am, and I know that I will survive these trials and hopefully come out on the other side, a better & stronger person. *elaine*

just got back from a positive behavior conference for school, all about spotting positive behaviors in class settings to improve behavior. So positive ways to look at life have been on my mind, which can be really hard because it's much easier to spot the stuff that sets us off.
I love being home with my family and the great people they are!

I have lost eight pounds in three weeks. I am making better choices for myself which in turn are more positive choices for my whole family. I am learning to work with and accept some things in my life that right now are not changeable. And I am learning to relax and not get so stressed about things that used to bother me.
