I am proud of myself for becoming a runner. I've always said I wanted to be, and with having asthma when I was younger and low self esteem in my late teens, I never even tried. But last winter my sister started to train me and I am running 2 miles! I am so proud of myself for overcoming so many obstacles and achieving my dream of being a "runner."

Due to a recently hearing problem, my doctor put me on a low salt diet which has been so beneficial. Not only has my hearing increased but I have lost 15 pounds which has motivated me to get moving more so I feel better!

Great giveaway! The most positive thing about me is that I am a good cook and I love to feed my family nutritious and great tasting food. I love the feeling of my family all sitting around the table and sharing a meal together...and I am blessed enough to be able to make that happen each night!

the postitive in my life right now is that I am wrapping up my last year of nursing and have begun to embrace a new routine balancing school work, real work, marriage and tiem for myself. Its take a long time to get to this point and I am now seeing why I have stuck it out for so many years

I just finished a very demanding 6 month long consulting job, and I am not planning to do any more work for a while. I am feeling completely free to enjoy the upcoming holidays with my family, work on some household projects and spend too much time on things like baking and wrapping gifts!
