Two people will receive the January 2010 kit from Creative Cards Homeschool.
Everyone needs cards and almost everyone has a need to be creative. What better time then the New Year to resolve to get creative each day. Creative Cards Homeschool takes that
concept and makes it easy for YOU to get creative. What started as a class at her local scrapbook store has
grown to be a small home based Card kit business. Deena is the creative mind behind the designs you will see
but this is truly a family affair. Everyone is working behind the scenes to make this a successful family business.
Their hope is to inspire creativity in each person that receives their kits. While all the hard wok is done for you, like
the designs, stamping, inking, glittering there's plenty of opportunities to give each card your personal touch. You'll find the latest paper, trendy shapes, unique supplies, and
quality workmanship in each and every kit.
Please visit our site and see all the beautiful cards and kits we offer each month. Our hope is that you'll join us and help us to
spread joy through creativity and giving handmade cards.

Besides your one word for the year...I'd have to say the House of 3 organizer (2010). I've never done anything digital but it so pretty I kind want to try.

Ali, thanks for the inspiration. In 2010 I'm being inspired by my word 'awaken.' It's making a big difference in my life. Also, one of my local LSS's closed at the end of 2009, but she's collaborating with another wonderful LSS owner to bring the best to her customers. I am inspired by the creativity, energy, and devotion of these two wonderful women. Dee and Betty, you know who you are! Ali - you gotta let me win Celine's book. I don't even care if it's in French...in fact, so much the better! Where oh where has Celine been my whole scrabbooking life? Love her work!!! Ali, thank you for sharing the best links from your website.

Woww! I'd like to be living in the south of France near the Mediteranean sea. Sounds wonderful.... I live in SW Michigan, and I am just thankful that we had some sun today.

This may seem trite, but I have been inspired by a site called The nesting place, and her message is very much like yours Ali, only in regards to decorating, and not story telling, although I suppose it can apply to anything really, and that is: It doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful.(is that the longest run on ever, or what?) That is a simple concept, that has hit me like a ton of bricks, and inspired me to just do it, and not have to formulate every step, and worry over every detail, and make sure all the planets align perfectly before I venture forward, and get something done.
Thank you also for the word inspiration, last year it was intentional, still love that word! I haven't come up with the perfect one for this year.....oops, I forgot, it doesn't have to be perfect....still learning!

The winter weather has been inspiring me lately. The snow, the light and how the sun reflects in the snow in small, tiny sparkling diamonds. Perfect for a long walk with a camera in hand. :)

What a cool bunch of goodies for this giveaway! Yesterday, nature inspired our whole family! We've been hearing great horned owls hooting for weeks & we came home yesterday to find one that apparently is living in a tree that lines our driveway! We got some great pictures & I was thinking how amazing it is that we have our "own" owl. How many can say that! It also reminds me of the saying that nature will find a way...Thank goodness because I will take that kind of beauty & inspiration anyday!

I'm inspired to think about a word for my year, because I'm going through a very challenging time with my teenager. I guess I must remember that this isn't who she is forever, but hopefully a phase. My word has to encompass this, and I don't know what that word is.
