My new favorite photo: my 13 year old magically mischief-filled daughter holding onto our new dauchsund puppy- somehow both have the same look of change about them.

My favorite photo right now is from my daughter's 6th birthday (thursday) -- I made two aprons for she and a friend, and the photo of the two girls wearing the aprons just makes me happy.

Mine is a photo I took for a Christmas card many years ago. I didn't own a digital camera yet, so I borrowed one and had one evening to get a good shot. The fire was going and both girls were in black velvet. We took A LOT of pictures that night, but got one where they had geniune smiles and captured their personalities. I like it best in black and white. It sits on my dresser and never fails to make me smile!

my favorite photo is one of my daughter. She is seven and it is hard to capture her real smile. she had been dancing and twirling, oblivious to the world around her. I snapped just as she turned. Her expression is stunning, her eyes twinking, her smile engaging and a look of pure joy radiating from her face.

Wow favourite photo... I think the favourite one at the moment is a photo I took of my girls at a theme park, they just had their faces painted as beautiful butterflies in bright colours and glitter. I remember it was a shame to wash it off at the end of the night. They loved it so much....

with a 12 week old, all of the pictures are my favorite, but my *newest* favorite is from this morning - olivia still snuggled into our bed, the blankets bunched up around her feet, with bright eyes and that gorgeous toothless smile... i'm so proud to be her mama :)
