My favorite photo is one from the 1800's. My parents are third (or fourth, maybe even fifth??) cousins and this picture shows my two great (times a bunch) grandmothers (who were sisters) as children in Russia. It also shows their mother and grandmother. Amazing photo. One that my grandmother kept safe, even when she lived in a concentration camp in Germany during the holocaust. I am so lucky to have it.

My son and I did a picture booth photo today (which was my first time ever doing one of those). My son has this face he makes where he curls his upper lip (like Elvis) and one of the photos captures it perfectly - so thats my new favorite.

Right now I am loving a set of photos - for my dad's birthday I made some silly pipe cleaner glasses to go on a 'Grandpa' head cake, and at the dinner we all put them on! Everyone looks ridiculous and really hilarious! Love it.
Thanks for the great prizes!

My fave photo of all time is a close-up of me and my sister when we were around 8 and 10. Her arm is around me and I'm pretending to bite it. Unfortunately it was lost about 5 years later. My mom still talks about that photo.

I just had my 8 year old pictures taken. It is amazing how much she looks like me at that age. It is funny I had not noticed it just by looking at her everyday. It took a photo to help me see that I have a mini me running around here right now!

i caught my 5 year old the other day up on the counter in the kitchen pulling out the ingredients to make cookies... he was so cute. the really funny part is that I am taking a class over at big picture scrapbooking and the topic of teh day was what you find in your kitchen cabinents - i was reading the class handout and turned out and that is what I found on my kitchen cabinents... how fitting!

My new favorite photo was taken of my husband and I at Disney World as we were laughing together. We rarely have a picture we didn't pose for, that I want to frame.

My current favorite photo is from Christmas. I took it looking down on my 2 yr old nephew as he reached his hand in under the plastic wrap to steal one of the snowman cookies I had made! And he's got a red bow sticking in his hair!

usually i would say "that's easy! the one of Emma or that one of Mason", but this time i can honestly say i love the pic of me! shocking yes!
my 4 year old daughter Emma was playing with my camera, (yes, i let her this time :)), and she ended up taking a pic of me. i look completely relaxed and at ease in the picture. a 'good' picture of myself is hard to come by, so i treasure this one. and i treasure the memory of how my darling girl looked when she was holding up my big, bulky camera with her tiny hands. :)
