my current fave is a spontaneous pic I took of Emma and Alex playing in the front yard on the first nice day this year. I took it with my phone and for some reason the quality, the lighting everything is just perfect! They look so happy to be outside playing and just being together.

You always have the best giveaways! That camera bag looks AWESOME by the way. My favourite photo (at the moment) is a b/w portrait I took of my great grandmother when she was 105 years old - those lightning sharp eyes, contrasted by the surrounding folds and wrinkles in the skin, just jumps off the paper!

AWESOME giveaway! My fav. photo right now is a family photo we took a couple weeks ago while out for a hike. My DH is unemployed right now and it's been very hard but we're enjoying as much family time as we can and that photo is a beautiful reminder to me.

I have several favorites! But I would say that one I took of a blossom tree in full bloom against an amazingly blue and clear sky is on the top of my list, not just for the beauty of the picture, but what it represents for me I am so much more brave about taking pictures that inspire me and not worrying about who is around and if I will look silly..

My most favorite photo of the moment is not one of my own....it is a photo by an amazing photographer Hans Silvester...He spent many years with the OMO tribe in Africa...they use elements from nature to create Amazing body art.
This is a link to my all time favorite http://pixdaus.com/pics/1236632906k2aB8aP.jpg
but if you want to do yourself a real favour check out his collection of photos of the Omo tribe...there is a slide show on YouTube, actually there are a few...you will not be sorry you took a few minutes out of your day to view this amazing slideshow, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGLR8wEvRfQ
These shots inspire me on so many different levels.
Cheers

My current favorite photo is of my husband in front of his childhood home in Shanghai, China. It was my first trip to China and he was so happy to be able to show me where he spent the first 8 years of his life. He hadn't seen his first home in over 18 years and it was so great that I was able to capture his excitement in the photo!

My favorite photo is one I shot yesterday with my iphone of my five-year-old daugther dressed full throttle in her soccer gear, ready to start her season today. She asked me to send it to her friend, a boy, so he could see her, and that she wanted to teach him how to play soccer. Sadly, the first game was rained out, but we're excited about next week!

Mine is a quick snapshot of my husband sleeping with our newborn son asleep on his chest. Charlie turns one in a few weeks, so I've been reminiscing recently and remembering how tiny he once was!!

A picture of my daughter in her First Holy Communion gown (8); my son (10); my nephew (9) and my neice (6) in front of the church - my nephew is pinching my daughters behind - she is screaming with her mouth wide open and my neice and son are laughing - they all ended up on the knees in the grass after the shot was taken - fortunately my daughter did not get a grass stain on her white dress!
