If you are a mom you should definitely read "The Gift of an Ordinary Day" by Katrina Kennison. Her stories and her woven words are inspiring me to tell my own story.

My son is inspiring me this week. He just bought his first house and has progressed from someone who wasn't particularly "handy" to one who has learned to drywall, paint, tile, etc. I can't believe he's the same kid who couldn't seem to pick up his dirty clothes off the floor!

I am inspired by my 92 year old Mother. Her health is terrible, but she still has a wonderful outlook, jokes and is a perfect role model for her daughters.

...the colors of summer -- from the warm yellows of the morning sun to the shades of blue sky at different times of the day, from the brilliant pink flowers in my garden to the red-red geraniums in pots on my deck...the colors of summer are inspiring!

I've been inspired by summer music concerts. I love how the warm weather brings everyone outside to dance and enjoy meals on the grass with family and friends!

Home - that is my inspiration this week. My family has been at my parents for the last 2 1/2 weeks, with my husband commuting to work for a few days and then returning. We are finally all home together and it feels WONDERFUL!

I'm inspired by all of the sneak peeks of new CHA products coming out!! So many cool new products are on the way!!

Stacy Julian's post on her blog about taking 5 pictures that you love and telling the story about them NOW. Inspired me to print off 4 pictures and make a page - less than an hour and the story of a mom with her daughter gone away to Army camp is captured.

This week my husband and I book our first cruise to the Caribbean, and I'm so excited. I've been dreaming of the palm trees and blue waters, and of all the pretty pictures I will get to take. I can't wait to make a scrapbook of our travels! :)

Oh my... no inspiration this week whatsoever... :( Too busy with work, the heat, a 17 month old little boy getting into everything and lots of personal stuff.
I bought Tim Holtz' new book in the hope he will inspire me next week :)

What usually inspires me is my son - who is growing too darn fast. I need to capture the memories. I wish he could be small forever.

CZ's physical journey this year is inspiring me to start counting points again and get moving. Love the honesty of her story.

Looking at the pictures that i've taken over the past 6 weeks is inspiring me to get started on a summer album. The posts over the last couple of weeks have helped too!
