"God doesn't make garbage. Everything He makes - including YOU - is beautiful." A dear friend said this to me last Saturday when I badly needed to hear it...and all week, it's been in the forefront of my mind. I am very hard on myself and I needed to be reminded that although I make mistakes and can feel "icky ugly" feelings, I am a beautiful creation of God and He made me just the way I am. It's helped me with some much needed self-acceptance this week. :-)

I'm inspired by my own new found commitment to de-stashing my scraproom and working on some long forgotten projects! It's so refreshing to let go of items that have been sitting for so long...unloved. I priced them and sent them off w/my BFF, who sold them at the not-so-local flea market! I'm enjoying looking at older photos of my kiddos and finally putting them in layouts! Ah...the memories!!!
