GIVEAWAY :Two people will receive the July card kit from Creative
Cards Homeschool
You know the feeling of receiving a handmade card? It makes you feel extra special. Sometimes it’s even better than the gift itself. Giving a handmade card is an even better feeling as the person you are giving it to gushes over your hard work and creativity. Share these feelings with those you love and care for and make your occasions and gifts just a little bit more personal and from the heart.
Creative Cards Homeschool is a monthly card kit club. We make the creativity easy by providing kits with beautifully designed cards and reasonable prices. Each kit is designed with a color scheme, the latest papers, hand drawn art, unusual buttons and trims and lots of little details.
This month Creative Cards is celebrating its birthday. To celebrate we have included a 6th card in this kit titled “Thank you from the bottom of my heart”, a thank you to all our customers new and old for a wonderful two years.
Also this month all new subscribers will be entered into a drawing to receive next month’s kit (August) for free!

We are remodeling the kitchen in our new house, but cheaply. The tile and the counter colors are set because of price, the only thing I have control over is the wall color and cabinet color. I am digging through old House Beautiful magazines for inspiration on how to unify the group!

This week, my inspiration has been my own blog... I've been in a real "rut" as of late, and I was reading some posts from previous years and it really helped to center my thoughts on what is important... my boys and my husband.

I am inspired by just about everything lately. My husband and his commitment to "us", my grown children and the passion they have for life and their work. My silly, shedding golden retriever and his zest for everything! All those around me, from the girl at the drive through at McDonalds (my mornin' diet coke), my aging neighbor climbing his ladder to clean his gutters. Work ethic and good attitudes, all of them! Inspiring!

I'm loving your Stories of Summer series on your blog! I especially like all the mini-books. I can't wait to scrap my kids using some of these ideas.

I am inspired by watching my son learn cursive, my daughter's intense focus while creating a birthday banner this week and son's sparring practice on Friday--he took a beating, shook it off, and continued on--basic principal of life. Focus--even when obstacles get in the way--remember where you are going.

My children are always inspiring me. This week it is to just sit back and enjoy the simple things - time together, no plan days, etc. I love how they see the world and how they improve mine!

I'm definitely out of inspiration and have reorganized my room in order to jump start thinking outside the box. It has been a while since I've been creative. Thank you for your blog and giveaways. I think I'll jump in and try something new.
