The kids are grown, in college now, but I still make chocolate scotcheroos for that 'first day' of school and manage to get them to them somehow. Love the memories.

I loved the new clothes and the new school supplies. I really loved the organization of school also. I loved writing my assignments down and the feeling of accomplishment when my homework was done.

There are many things I loved about school, such as the rubber smell of new sneakers, new supplies, new clothes - some of which were boughten and not made by Mom, etc! And to this day, I simply love to learn new things.

I love the thought of the new school year. My children are young and so the world is a whole new thing. New teachers, friends, new, new, new. That excitement is contagious. I brings a smile to my face. Also it is a sad time, summer is over and the fun done.

I really enjoyed school. I had the same teacher from 4th till 10th grade and she was just FAB and made me feel so special. My favorite subject was history. I remember how my dad used to help me with my homework every night. It was a wonderful quality time and I sure do miss that. I hope my little girl will remember the quality time we had during her homework when she grows up.
Thanks for the chance to win this FAB give-away!
