I loved going outside for Science class to learn about trees and leaves. I loved hatching brine shrimp from eggs. I loved after lunch when we put our heads on our desks in our darkened classroom and the sound of my teacher's voice as she read to us. Most of all I loved going to the library and checking out books. I loved to read and we didn't own any books so the library was like a candy store, it still feels that way to me.

I loved recess when I could run free across the playground, swing high into the air, play hard and fast tetherball, and of course stand around with all the girls just talking. Loved recess.

I loved that I grew up in a small town, and the high school is such an important part of the community. It was great to be a part of it.

Growing up I loved everything about school! Looking back now I may not have put 100% into my school work but I put 110% into socializing at school! From kindergarten to high school graduation the teachers always commented on my social skills. It was a nice way of saying "I talked to much"
