Actually getting dressed up and going to a party this evening! Though spending last night watching several episodes of Friday Night Lights curled up on the couch with my hubby drinking wine was really very very nice too!

It's a soccer weekend! Hopefully it will be fun despite the rain.

We are going to watch my son's last football game of the season and then go pumpkin shopping. My husband is making a yummy turkey dinner to celebrate the Canadian thanksgiving a bit late since we were out of town last weekend.

We'll be seeing our son and his wife this weekend - we don't see them often, so it's a real treat for us!

Tonight I have cotillion with all my friends. First we are going out to eat and bowling/laser tag at this fun place to hang out. Love that kit! So excited to start my first December Daily!

LOVE LOVE LOVE that Christmas Art Journal! Saturdays in the fall mean watching college football (Go Notre Dame!) and we're trying a recipe for apple butter in the crock pot. Just love the smells and sounds of fall!

Wow, this kit is SO cool! This weekend I am working on decorations for my 3 year old daughter's upcoming "ice cream social" themed birthday party (and trying to keep her from crushing the decorations, LOL!)

I'm meeting with my sister. She lives in another city. I'm glad we can spend several hours together. I love her so much.

I am going to pick persimmons!!!! Maybe not so fun, but the joy they will bring when me and my siblings eat them. It will bring the memories of Mom, who has passed away, just that much more stronger.

Oooh, fun! I'll be spending an hour or two completely by myself this weekend while my husband takes our 5 year old and 7 month old out for a boy's day!
