I attended the Grand Opening of a brand new Scrapbook/Knitting supply store today - very exciting and it's been a while since we had one in our city. So much fun!!!

My son went camping for the weekend, so my husband & I got up early & went to breakfast at our favorite coffee shop. We spent the day outdoors enjoying the beautiful fall weather biking & visiting an apple orchard to buy some apples & cider. Then back home for the "working" part of the weekend, as we have to get the outside of the house painted before the weather changes. Happy fall, y'all!

This weekend I am looking forward to catching up with my brother and his family as they are staying here on the coast for a few days. Have a great weekend Ali!

We're heading to my SIL's house tonight to watch the Beavers (OSU) play. Tomorrow we're off to the pumpkin patch with the whole family (ten adults, 5 kids) and hoping this beautiful Oregon fall weather sticks around!

Reading Ali's blog is my "fun thing" for the weekend because on Monday I have a comprehensive final exam, for my PhD, due, so I'm taking a study break right now and entering because I LOVE Evalicious!

I went shopping today and bought a new corner rounder :-) I met a friend for dinner and we watched "The Social Network" afterwards. Thanks for the cool giveaway!

I'll be baking pumpkin bread and searching for cheap December flights (to hopefully get a little sun over the holidays). :-)

This looks like a great giveaway. This weekend we're going to the pumpkin patch. We'll be seeing our niece (my daughter's only cousin) for the first time in months! Keeping my fingers crossed to win this one...it will be my daughter's first Christmas!

I am having a wonderful weekend. My oldest son is home from college for fall break - he and I spent the day together yesterday shopping for fall clothes and provisions for the dorm room (and fridge). All four of us had dinner together at the restaurant where our other son (senior in HS) is employed...such a rarity these days (dinner together, and a discount to boot)! And today we took our HS senior to tour NC State Univ. Beautiful weekend - weather couldn't be nicer and the company couldn't be better!! I can't wait to scrapbook these memories!

Getting my running gear all ready for tomorrow. I am running the Toronto Half Marathon and I'm nervous, excited etc. What a thrill it would be to win this kit. It would make a great weekend even better!

this weekend i actually ended up helping a friend with last minute details to her daughters sweet 16 celebration...which included MAKING A SHOULDER WRAP, MAKING COURSAGES AND BOUTONNIERES, TABLE DECORATIONS, DOING BOTH HER DAUGHTERS HAIR AND HERS, AND COORDINATING THE ACTUAL EVENT...all in all a pretty crafty weekend for me!!:)

Tonight my husband and I are taking our 2 1/2 daughter to a special dinner with Cinderella which is her favorite princess of all time! Tomorrow we're heading to the Pumpkin Patch for some fun. Have a fantastic weekend :)
