I love the song "Just the Way You Are" by Bruno Mars. I sing it to my kids all the time, especially the line..."if perfect's what your searching for, then just stay the same". I think it sends a powerful message.

wow, picking one song is hard. I think my favorite right now is a hymn we have been singing with our kids called "I need thee every hour" and I often run it through my head when I am feeling overwhelmed.
