With Christmas songs, I can't name just one.
All time/life time favourite: The Christmas Song by Nat King Cole
I also adore Happy Christmas by John Lennon & Do They Know It's Christmas by Band Aid.
I love a number of the Christmas compilations by the Trans Siberian Orchestra -- attending their show has become one of our Christmas traditions.

Oh, so hard to choose a favourite from options such as O Holy Night and Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas (not sure if that is the title of that song) which both make my heart ache with Christmas spirit but a true blue Aussie favourite has to be Six White Boomers by Rolf Harris - my kids love that one (even though hubby rolls his eyes when we all join in on the rather repetitive chorus!).

Rudolf the red nose reindeer,
Had a very shiney nose!

You would even say it glows!!!
This song has the catchiest tune... Even at 24, its still my favourite!

It's not Christmas for me with Frank Sinatra's version of "Jingle Bells" I smile every single time I hear it. I also love "Oh Holy Night" so many lovely versions out there and it's a good reminder of why we have the Christmas season in the first place.
