I like how friendly people are, open to helping others! I like how all of the decorations in the house make it feel warm and cozy and all of the baking brings such cheerful aromas to every nook & cranny.

I absolutely LOVE winter holidays! I find that I'm most inspired creatively this time of year. My family's schedule tends to slow down a bit during this time so are more present & enjoy spending this down time together. I can't wait to decorate for Christmas and to try out some new recipes.

I'm looking forward to the laughter and joy of family. The sights and sounds of christmas. But most of all the smells of baking christmas goodies - shortbread, mince pies, rum balls, christmas shaped cookies...yum!

This is our first Christmas with our daughter and I have to say that I am looking forward to it all. I am so excited to experience the season through her eyes. The excitement I felt as a kid is back again. Those tags would be perfect for my December Daily and the logbook would be great inspiration for the year. Thanks for the opportunity to win :-)

This holiday season we're travelling to New Zealand for the first time, so I'm looking forward to a sunny, warm Christmas, exploring a new part of the world, and visiting my long-time friend (whom I've only met once!) in Wellington.

Well, it might seem strange but this holiday season we will having a funeral celebration for my mother-in-law. She recently died, but we are postponing the mass due to some ill health of a son who is having surgery but wants to be there. As Father Greg said, it's for the living not the dead. So odd as it may seem, I am looking forward to preparing for and planning this celebration of her life. She gave me her son who has been my husband for 36 years. I am so grateful for how she raised him. Anyway, this holiday season I am looking forward to celebrating my mother-in-law's life!
