I just got a new point and shoot, the Canon SD4000 with a F2.0. I am so excited to use it this holiday season and capture Christmas (he is 1) through his eyes. Plus, I should be able to get great photos with the F2.0 lens!

I have always loved taking our photos, but my husband has recently found joy behind the camera and that means I get some great pictures of me! I enjoy seeing life through his eyes... and the pictures are not usually the ones I would have taken!

I can't wait to capture the look on my 3 year old daughter's face on Christmas morning. This year she really GETS it, and she's getting a dollhouse, all decked out with tons of accessories! So exciting!!

I am excited to get the 'yearly' shots - getting the tree with the kids, baking cookies, etc. It's so fun to compare year to year. But, I really want to get more pictures of the 'everyday' of the holidays and the process (wrapping gifts, shopping) this year. I'm eager to capture the differences in reactions to Christmas between my kids since they range in age from 15 to 3. The 3-year-old is SO excited right now, while the 15-year-old doesn't really say much. The other two are sort of in between. I would love the chance to win Picture The Holidays because from what I've read, I'll get some help trying to figure out what to take pictures of every day for my December Daily.
