I am thankful for my amazing boyfriend being home this weekend. He moved 300 miles away for a job opportunity at the beginning of the year and I hadn't seen him in weeks - I'm trying to be thankful for all the little moments we are spending together because I won't see him again for a few more weeks!

I am thankful for a son who without a word cancels his plans to help his dad with a household project and a daughter who looks across the street and decides a neighbor needs help shoveling snow. . .these are small precious moments that they will have forgotten by morning but I will hold in my heart.

I am thankful that there are only 26 more days until my hubby and I can have a weekend getaway! Our first once since our honeymoon 3.5 years ago and two kids later! I am so thankful for my husband and his hard work! We are over the top excited after purchasing a new home on Friday! We've been looking for a new home for several months since moving here from thousands of miles (and km) away in August. I'm beyond blessed for his work and passion at work that has provided us a new home and place to raise our precious 2 little ones! We're celebrating!!!

I am soooo thankful that my husband is able to come home this week on leave from Afghanistan for the birth of our second son!! He'll be here for 2 weeks and then home for good in a couple of months.
I just noticed that I will be comment number 717 (which is a lucky number for my - my birthday is 7.17 - maybe it's a sign that I'll finally "win" a give-away.) :)
