Three people will receive a word necklace from Lisa Leonard Designs.
Lisa's been a great supporter of One Little Word the past few years and came up with a really lovely design for this year's words. For 2011, "the word of the year necklace is a thick, narrow tag with a large ball, strung from sterling chain and finished with a freshwater pearl. we'll hand-stamp the tag with your very own word."
A simple necklace is a wonderful way to commemorate your one little word.

We got approved for the "Making homes affordable Act"...my husband was out of work for 20 months, so keeping out home was an awesome blessing.

I am thankful that my grandma go to pass away exactly the way she said she always wanted to. She was able to do what she loved until just before she passed, she was able to go quickly and she was surrounded by family. Even though I miss her terribly, I'm so thankful it was on her terms, doesn't get much better than that!

A year of blessings indeed...two new grandbabies added to the nest...Decklan and Norah. Another year filled with good and bad, happy and sad...but still here to tell about it, and for that I'm MOST grateful. Love, love, love your blog....and yet another chance to choose one little word to fill a year with!

I am so thankful for being comfortable in my own skin. I have finally reached a place where I can accept me as quirky and unique as I am. I am thankful I was created as this unique being and look forward to making a contribution from my giftedness, in 2011.

I am thankful for the year that was 2010....as is natural, there were ups and downs but the ups were so much greater and meaningful than the downs. Looking forward to making 2011 even better!

These are wonderful gifts Ali! The course is right up my alley as I am reorganizing my craft area, and I am enrolled on OLW and plan to order a necklace -- winning one would be cool! I have so much to be grateful for -- my father survived major surgery, my kids are happy, healthy, and back at home (albeit temporarily), and I've turned the corner is my own medical issues!

This year my goal was to keep a gratitude journal. As most things I started strong but petered out mid year. This being said I have lots to be grateful for in 2010 but what stands out most to me is my wonderful, supportive husband and my 2 precious boys.

I'm thankful that my daughter remained in a fairly healthy state that we didn't have to be hospitalized at all this year...there were some health issues, but they didn't turn into anything major. I think this might have been the first time in her 12 years of life that we were not hospitalized at all for the year!!! :)

I am grateful that even both my husband and I had been laid off for over two years, our family is still staying strong together. Our boys are happy and healthy as ever. I finally had the courage to sell my craft online.
