My favorite break time is playing with my traditional scrapbooks. I love to touch the paper and embellishments. NOW -- if I could just get to the point of USING the materials and not just TOUCHING them, I would have lots of pages to admire! Thanks for the chance to win!

My favorite way to take a break is to (if possible) get away and look at different scenery with some solemn music or music that will inspire me to dance my own dance.
If I am simply taking a break from the present moment, I will go into my mind and think of "life" and bigger perspectives. Often this includes or concludes with a prayer.

Some days I just need a few minutes to myself, and my husband is great at facilitating this. He watches the kids while I run away. Sometimes I go to Target and wander around, and other times I just go for a drive. Everyone needs a chance to recharge!
