One of my favorite ways to take a break is to look around online for scrapbook and photography inspiration. I can spend hours reading up on different techniques and learning so much without spending a dime.

The best break for me is grabbing a cup of tea or coffee and reading my blog feeds. It isn't everyday I have a chance to do that.

I spent my best time in my scraproom. This room means everything to me because it is the first time I have had my own room. I have been scrapping in our livinroom and that is not to good. I like to sit and just let my mind slip and be creative and suddenly I have spent a whole day in there but thats ok.

My way of taking a break is to go to bed with a book. And anything will do = magazines, romantic comedy, crime...

My favorite way to take a break is to create something - a scrapbook page, card, crochet. There's something about the process of creating that makes me happy and relaxed.

Even though I am a SAHM I stay really busy with Girl Scouts and school activities for my girls. In order to take a break, I have to walk away from my computer, sip a hot mocha, and either read a good book with my sweet dog by my side or spent some creative time in my scrap room. Probably similar to lots of people who read your blog but it really helps me to recharge.

My favourite way to take a break is to sit and read at the computer for a bit...
Or sit in our room in our special recliner and spend a little time on my cross stitch...
Or my favourite that I don't get to do very often...drive to the beach near our home and spend a few hours reading/resting/sleeping and watching the world pass. Wonderful!

The beach with the rolling water and beautiful fresh clean

Favorite way to take a break? Taking breaks, not my specialty-always think of something to do, do, do. I do love naps and baths.I think I'll take a bath now. Everyone is sound asleep, even the cat, so I can do whatever I want! :)

My favorite way to take a break is to create something with my computer, my sewing machine, my camera, my pots and pans. The tools don't matter. The process does.

My favorite way to take a break is to be by myself doing whatever ...anything away from the hubby and kiddos is a vacation in itself! hehehe!

Sit in sunroom. Watch birds. Read a good book. Cuddle under a throw. Push back recliner. All adds up to taking a break and recharging!

I like to take a break by getting outside and walking. you can't be a fair weather walker in the Pacific Northwest but it sure can clear the cobwebs.
