I love to take a break by getting lost in a trashy reality show usually but lately I have been escaping more to my scrap space to be creative and I love it.

My favorite way to take a break is to stop and play with my 3-year old. She always love my attention and it reminds me of why I do what I do in the first place.

My favorite way to take a break is to put my feet up, and eat a fresh bowl of fruits while listening to my favorite playlist. This usually happens while the kids are napping :)

I love to get lost in a good mystery. I just picked up the latest paperback by Elizabeth George, my favorite mystery writer. Once my to-do list is tackled ... that's where you'll find me!

I have a bad tendency to get sucked into silly little puzzle games on the computer. Brainless but addicting.

When my son is napping, I love a good cup of coffee, a bit of chocolate, and curling up on the couch to watch The Waltons. The combination is the perfect quiet time for me!

With spring coming, it is so calming to take a break, simply by taking a walk down by the river, noticing a little green popping up here in there, now that the snow has melted. If time, it is really nice to take a good book along, feel the sun shining on you as you escape into a well told story.

I like to do cross word puzzles, when I want to take a break. Of course I spend hours a day looking at my emails an blogs but I don't consider that a break.

The Scrapbook Circle kit looks wonderful! I love to take a virtual holiday and look through some of my photos of previous holidays if I am near my computer. Failing that, nothing beats a cup of tea (English style) and a good book.
