I love to learn new crafty things. I used to make jewelry and do alot of mosaics. But with a new laptop, I can digi scrapbook anywhere! I always seem to be working and refining a page or two. It is relaxing, and it is fun to see the pages I created when I was first learning compared to the current ones. With these unexpected long, ice-filled days (Texas) I've caught up on alot of pages!

Taking a break - having a nice shower or relaxing bath, just lets me wash away all the work from the day and I always feel nice and fresh afterwards

The best way to take a break is to go walk by the beach and breath in the wonderful sea air.

Other ways I take a break are to allow myself a "reading day" - i.e get out my latest book and NOT feel any guilt for the time spent reading.
