I like to watch scrapbooking shows or listen to podcasts. If I need a really good rest I sometimes veg in front of tv with a book too. Multi-task!

My favorite way to take a break is to cuddle with my 2 kids and watch a Disney Movie and some popcorn. They love it and I do too!

My favorite way to take a break is to turn on law & order reruns and create something---maybe a card, or a layout. Often I make something to give someone---it lifts my spirit!

My favorite way to take a break is to play games on my iPhone. That thing has been a total time-waster since I got in two years ago, but totally worth it. I was stuck in a big traffic jam for 2 1/2 hours on Friday and I killed time by playing on my phone!

My favorite break is once a month scrapping with the girls. A nice stress free day with great company, good food, friends and looking back on my photos.

Love a moment of escape in the form of a good book. Other times I gravitate toward creating some form of multi-media art with inspiring music in the background!

To take a break I dive into a good book. Since I work for a Christian bookstore it is never a problem to have one at hand. I can drift away to warmer temps, help solve mysteries, etc.

My latest way to take a break at work is to play a little online scrabble. At home, it's heading to my scrap room.

I like being outside when I take a break. Usually, with a coffee drink in hand and it helps if the wind is blowing. There's something about the sun and wind that feels so refreshing...
