after a long and dark winter, there is finally sunshine! although it's ruthlessly showing all the dust and dirt, it's making such a difference on everyone in our family!

I can't wait for the sun to come out. Living in the PNW, I've learned a lot about loving the color grey, but c'mon folks. I need some BLUE!!!

Patiently waiting for the flowers to bloom!!! I love it almost as much as the leaves changing!!

I look forward to seeing my cherry tree bloom even though it only lasts for just 3 to 5 days - but when it has finished flowering it then covers my back garden with beautiful confetti of white petals - a weeks highlight each year :)

I'm enjoying so many things with the coming of spring: the trees budding with fresh green, my kids being outside soaking up the sun, the warmth on my muscles when I'm out walking, longer days, and much, much more.

I can't wait to see the leaves on the trees and warmer weather. Thanks for the chance to win!

I'm excited about seeing the cherry blossoms around Portland bloom and seeing whales migrate north...the beautiful awakening of nature.

I am looking forward to seeing the flowers and their glorious color return. I am very tired of the snow and the bland and dirty scenery left behind as it begins to melt.

Where I come from, we unfortunately do not have the four seasons. All we have are rain and shine :) But I love seeing how tree leaves change from lush green to bright reds and oranges in autumn and then fall to the grown as lovely maple brown. And then when spring comes, the lovely bare branches and twigs will slowly come to life as little greet shoots and leaves sprout from nowhere ;)

For me that's easy after this long Winter season we had. Looking forward to hearing the sounds of Little League Baseball. There is just something about being there cheering for my boys and their teams that says Spring has arrived!

I've noticed the bulbs are popping up in my front yard! It's wonderful! It's all very welcoming after such a long winter!

I love waking up to the sound of birds outside my window and neighbors mowing their lawns.

I'm ready to bring out the spring clothes -- the only time I wear pastels!

I am excited to see the world unfold around me. After lots of winter I am ready for spring.

Spring is so exciting! We are still new to our house and still figuring out what we have in our yard. It's so fun to find out what color our rhodies are and what else will be popping up!

As the seasons change here in Virginia, I look forward to warm Spring days to spend at the big park with my great nieces and nephew, family cookouts, and day trips to Washington, D.C. to visit the museums and memorials. Great giveaways, Ali. Thanks.
