I do love the hand made gifts. Last year my little boy made me this cute little thing. I really didn't know what it was a first. I hugged him and told him i loved it. Then later that night I was making myself a cup of tea (which I do most nights) and put my used tea bag on a plate. He told me I should use his gift... It's a tea bag holder! Now I really do love it! I also love that he noticed that I needed a place for my used tea bag.

My mom loves her gardens so every Mother's Day my sister and I buy her something new to plant. It is always fun to watch the different flowers and trees bloom year after year!

Actually, what I love best is the handmade cards from my kids with the messages inside that they've written themselves and that mean more than the most expensive gift ever could.

My fave thing to do for all the 'moms' in my life is making cards - using tried n true florals or ultra modern themes to put a smile on that special lady's face :)

My favorite gift to get for Mother's Day is anything my boys make themselves -- my husband has led them to some really neat projects and every one is so special to me!

I like to make things by hand, such as a card, journal, calendar, soap, candle, etc. and give to my mom in a beautifully decorated box or basket. I like to get a day of relaxation and love!

We love to give hanging baskets from our local gardener each year. They are well received too!!

Anything handmade from my daughters - i love that they are so happy to be able to give me something and I love seeing their faces. Oh and of course breakfast in bed.....

Happy Mothers day! I love to get my Mom a sweat treat and some pampering. She never does anything for herself bc she is always doing things for others. She is the most giving, thoughtful person I know. Thanks.

Last year for my first Mother's Day, I received a red rose from my daughter and husband. LOVED it.

I'm planning to give my mom a special gift featuring photos of her kids, grandkids, and great-grandson.

I always handmake something for my mom each year. I know she appreciates that more than something i could buy anyday.

My favorite thing to receive is my son's big, sweet loving smile.

Let's just say it, my Mom is difficult! It's so hard to know what to give her, so I usually take her to lunch or spend the day with her. And anything at all from my three is exactly what I wanted. Whether I knew I wanted it or not.

My favorite Mother's Day gift is starting the day with lots of snuggles from my children followed by breakfast in bed.
