I love organizational tools and pinterest is one of the best! And it's educational- really! Only slightly addicting...

I'm a dork. I still don't "get it". But sure is fun to look at other people's favorite stuff!

i just received my invitation last night. now what? i am almost afraid but it was seeing kelly purkey's pin boards that got me thinking about what kind of christmas loveliness i might find and then one thing led to another and i found myself requesting an invitation. i have yet to pin anything but i know it is coming. i can feel it! love your boards, ali.

Just checked out pinterest and love it...however, I'm doing something wrong b/c I can't get things to PIN. Any suggestions?

I am a designer by trade, so Pinterest is fantastic for inspiration of all sorts. I follow your boards, Ali, which I love, by the way. I spend entirely too much time on their website, but it is absolutely a tool that I put to good use daily.

Yes, I love pinterest. The challenge is just to not spend more time collecting ideas than actually putting some into practice!:)

I am absolutely addicted to Pinterest. I am on it now more than facebook or twitter and find it such a source of inspiration. With a 6 month old daughter it has given me great project ideas, decor everything you can think of it. I also have the mobile app which needs a bit of tweaking but is great for waits at the doc office or at lunch time!

how do i get pinterest, request an invite nothing happens. Help

I've been on Pinterest for a while and love it. I am a visual person and have found many wonderful Ideas for photography... I also collect quotes and have found so many on Pinterest. I've probably pinned close to 100.

I have been resisting too. I just don't have time. But I have peeked a few times at what others have pinned and it is mesmerizing!

yes and the very very best part is the iphone Pinterest app! GOTTA GET IT! it's perfect for sitting up in bed when I can't sleep.

I gave in about a month ago and I am so glad I did. It is really taking the place of the endless amounts of bookmarks I used to try and keep, but found pretty useless for actually finding the thing I wanted to remember when the time came. I like the visual nature of pinterest and the way it helps me see patterns in the things I'm attracted to. And it's great for putting together content for future blog posts.

Oh my, yes! But really I haven't had much time to go find any pins of my own. However, I totally love all the inspiration out there, its quite mind boggling!
