My Dad makes a Pumkin Cheesecake with caramel drizzle once a year. At our family Christmas get together. I dream about it for a week. It is divine.

My favourite thing to eat at Christmas is my Grandmother's recipe for chocolate and coconut cookies. We've only ever eaten them at Christmastime, never any other time of year so they're special and something to look forward to every year.

hmmmm, there are so many yummy goodies this time of year. Definately shortbread ranks up there, as does Christmas pudding. Can a drink qualify? As I have an awesome recipe for homemade Baileys from my Mother in law that I make every year.
