favorite thing to eat - all of it! I look forward to prime rib on christmas day. I love to eat my homemade carmels and my mom's butter balls - heaven!

I have to say that my favorite thing to eat would be my mother in law's amazing toffee! Oh heaven.

The holidays scream "FUDGE" to me! As a kid my 2 brothers and I would make the old fashioned Hershey cocoa fudge that you had to stir and stir and stir until it formed a 'soft ball' when a tad was dropped into cold water in a cup. Mom was crippled, so we all learned to cook very young. We often spyed on each other thru the reflection of the kitchen window from the living room so make sure there was no unfair tasting. Making it and eating it brings back great memories. My fall favorite is popcorn balls. As soon as the cool air kicks in...I start craving a good ole' popcorn ball. These I made with my kids, not my brothers!! LOL Happy Holidays!

My favorite treat to eat during Christmas is anything with peanut butter and chocolate. Ritz crackers filled with peanut butter and dipped in chocolate, peanut butter balls, peanut butter filled pretzels and dipped in chocolate, peanut butter and chocolate fudge. The list goes on and on! :)

I love to eat cheesy dips with crackers or chips during the holidays.

I love the appetizers we make mini quiches, fried shrimp and hot artichoke dip. I also really love peppermint bark cheesecake.
