There is nothing better than my mom's homemade gravy on Christmas day, I could eat only that and be one happy girl!

My mom has made what we call YUM YUM SALAD for Christmas for as long as I can remember. It's the only time of year we get it unless there is a specail request for my birthday :}

My favorite thing to eat for the holidays is carmel corn. Just finished making 8 batches this weekend!

My stepson's sticky rolls, we only get them on Thanksgiving and Christmas.......out of this world......

My favorite thing to eat during the holidays is Vingadodge, a pickled pork Portugese tradition. We eat it every Christmas morning and the strong vinegar and garlic smells clear out my sinuses when I walk into my brother's house. Crave it every year.

My favorite is smoked salmon. We traditionally have it on Christmas Eve and I love it! :)

My favorite thing to eat are Wagner's potato rolls. They only make them during the holidays!

We get this yummy cinnamon buns from a local bakery to deliver to all our neighbors, close friends, and carpoolers (swim team and school). They love them and our list increases every year. Anyway, we also get some for us. They are so yummy!!

My favorite thing to eat is the stuffing. I could eat it 365 days a year.... :)!!!

My favorite thing to eat during the holidays is coconut cream pie. It's my husband's favorite pie, and his birthday is on Christmas, so we always have one to celebrate his birthday.

pecan pie... hands down... once a year indulgence...

Stuffing- homemeade with onions, celery, sage and oregano- no fancy additions like brandied apricots or lemons or walnuts, just the kind my grandma made!
